Need help...don't know song title or who sings it?!

I am trying to locate a song as I am trying to create an video album for my daughter and this is the song I would LOVE to use, however, I do not know who sings it or what the song is called. I heard it on the radio within the last year...all I can remember is it was a male singer and part of the chorus was something along the lines of "do you believe in true love...yes I have a daughter". If anyone can help me I would be so grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.

bump...please does anybody know the name or artist of this song. It is VERY important to me (or in the alternative does anyone know any songs that would be appropriate to use in a video that I am creating for my daughter?)
