[Help] Identify a song for me?

I heard this song on the radio the other day. It sounded like and 80's beat but not positive could be 70's or even early 90's. Anyways its a really high tempo song almost disco-ish and has a female vocal and she says something along the lines of "Follow your heart" or maybe it was "Free your heart" but anyways the next verse is "Time is on your side". I know this probably isn't much of a lead but if anybody can help I appreciate it!! Thanks!!!!
