Instrumental from the films Brassed Off and Jack

Dear All,
I am trying to identify an instrumental that I heard in two films:
Brassed off - Final scene when the band is playing on the upper part of the double-decker buss and
Jack (with JLo, dWilliams and D Lane
during the final ceremony in high school.
I checked amazon's soundtrack list samples and could not find it.
Could someone help me?

I didn't see 'Jack' but this tune is often played at graduations and ceremonies.

Familiar with the film - Land of Hope & Glory it is. Good movie. The Who do a version.
