Help Identiying Song Similar To This...

Ok so I've been looking for this song for a long time. I never knew the words so I could never find it online. But now I have found a song that sounds exactly like it. So please listen to it and see if you notice a resemblance between this and an older song (1996-2003 - something like that).

Obviously the lyrics to the song I have in my mind are completely different but the melody is the same. The only difference is the "You're In My Dream" part. In the song I am thinking of, that part goes something like "And you will call me dear" in a totally different melody.

Any help identifying this song is appreciated.
