Song I heard recently Please help!

I heard this song a while ago, but just heard it again recently. It's a rock song from the 90's maybe. During the chorus a guitar is playing and he says something like "swallow" and then "hollow" slowly. So its like (playing) swallow (playing) hollow (playing) then some more extensive lyrics then (playing) swallows etc.

If anyone can help I'd be greatly appreciative !!

Ya I tried googling "lyrics" "swallow" and "hollow" I might have mis-heard the lyrics. I actually remembered a line the first time I heard it, but I forgot about the song and randomly remembered today. The chorus is definately slow and laid back, and he only says those two words (unless they are the same?) which is followed by some one liner I couldn't understand. I might not have enough information for this one. :\
