Here's the lyrics, but who is it & what's it called?

I downloaded this song from Limewire & it came up when I was searching for some Alice in Chains. The file name read:
"Alice in Chains/Down Creed"- album "Turn Away"
HUH???WHO???WHAT??? So, I've got the song now (& I love it), but I can't figure out who sings it or what it's called. Here is how the song starts out...

Could it be Alice in Chains and Creed with a song called Down?


I looked on Limewire and it did say it was rare.

That's what I figured but when I searched & searched online for more info I couldn't find anything. I realize it's a rare song but usually there is some way to track down that sort of information. Thanks for your response!!! PIM

Yeah, I had no luck online yet either.
I've been told it's definitely not AIC or Creed but by a band called Downface. I listened to some of their music and it doesn't seem to be right to me but......who knows.
