I hope someone can find out what song this is, cause it would be a nice addition to my collection. As far as genre goes, it sounds like a mesh of breakbeat/opera. Reminds me of J Ralph - "one million miles away" from that Jetta commercial a few years back. In fact, if you like this, you'll probably like the J Ralph song...
