I'd say night is GECE rather than akşam.

From what I know enişte has a wider meaning, generally it's sister's husband but it is also used to describe aunt's husband and even your good female friend's husband.

Enişte's female equivalent is YENGE - brother's, uncle's and your good male friend's wife respectively (and not at the same time ).

I'd add a few more akrabalar = relatives:

baldız - wife's sister;
görümce - husband's sister;
kayınbirader - wife's or husband's brother;
torun - grandson or granddaughter;
kayınvalide or kaynana - mother-in-aw;
kayınpeder or kayınbaba - father-in-law;
eş - husband or wife, rather formally;
koca - husband, rather informally;
karı - wife, informally;
gelin - bride, later daughter-in-law;
damat - groom, later son-in-law;
kuzen - uncle and aunt's son or daughter;
yeğen - sister's or brother's child.
bacı - is another term for a sister ;-);

a small correction :
Kayınbirader. "Birader" means brother

and some extra info:
Gelin "Bride"
Damat "Bridegroom"

Parents call "gelinim(iz)" or "damadım(ız)" especially when they are introducing them. ( the -iz and -ız stands for plural (OUR))
