Just heard a new song at a youth camp, and it goes like this.

There is joy that's flowing from the (well?) of God, there is joy, joy, joy, joy, joy.

Later it goes: Spring up oh well within my soul!

Anyway, if you know what this song may be, please help!

It's a song titled There is Joy. I don't know who wrote it and I can't find any recordings online at all. I'm in a worship band at school, and we play it. It's actually one of my favorites.

The song is actually called Spring Up, O Well. I have the song in a youth chorus book published by Pilot Point Music with 1993 copyrigth date. The auhtor is listed as Unknown.

The song goes like this:
