Default Suomi-Finnish chorus song at Jyvaskyla's church

    Hi.
The last week I've stayed in Finland, and I could record this chorus rehearsal at the cathedral of Jyvaskyla:
Box.net - Free Online File Storage, Internet File Sharing, Content Management, Access Documents & Files Anywhere, Backup Data, Send Files

I liked it very much and I wish to know the name of the song, and if the lyrics are in internet. (Although I don't know finnish)

    Thanks in advance

That link is not working - for me.
It gives me a message saying:
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    I tried several times.

It could be a temporary breakdown of the box.net server.
Now it's working. Anyway I'll repeat the link:

    Greetings

The only verse I can clearly hear is "Anna rauhaa" and that means "Give peace"
I googled, but i don't get any matches

But please, jarel, check back here in forums and don't delete that box.net link at least in couple of days, because as I speak Finnish in the level, that allows me to put your question to Finnish forums with that same link, maybe I will have an answer there. Just maybe...

I knew, that this one was easy for Finns :P Already a wonderful person from Finnish forums answered me back It is an older song. She told me the name of song, I searched the rest for you

    Song name: Tuulien teitä

    Composer: Jukka Salminen
    Lyrics created by: Pirkko Arola
Sovitus (don't know the right name to that, it is the one who puts song lyrics and music, so they fit OK to each other): Ismo Savimäki

One possible label, who has released this: Warner/Chappell Music Finland

    I also found the lyrics:

    1. Lasken matkaan leijan kauneimman.
    Se saa lentää tuulien teitä.
    Toivo nousee yli ulapan:
    Anna rauha. Varjele meitä.
    Anna rauha. Varjele meitä.

    2. Laitan matkaan toiveen kauneimman.
    Se saa lentää tuulien teitä.
    Pyyntö kantaa yli maailman:
    Anna rauha. Varjele meitä.
    Anna rauha. Varjele meitä

    3. Lasken matkaan leijan kauneimman.
    Se saa lentää tuulien teitä.
    Toivo nousee yli ulapan:
    Anna rauha. Varjele meitä.
    Anna rauha. Varjele meitä.

I hope it helps you further

Whoops, sorry for my double post, I was exited :P
