I hope it's more clear now

bulgarian language is really hard. just in the this sentence" na men mi haresva sladoleda" there are 2 "I" form words next to each other in one sentence. I'm having a hard time forming sentences.

and thanks for conjugating the verbs veronika.......

veronika mou it's a hard work you've started. Bulgarian language isn't so easy. Did you start yet with the inflected language. Ще ги затрудниш много. Ако искаш помощ - свиркай

I watch a lot of foreign films. I thought it would be a great way to learn the language if i watch Bulgarian movies. Any recommendation of what movies are good and the best place I might be able to get them?

rsiscar I recommend you one serial movie: Тя и Той. But I'm not sure that you'll find it with subtitles. Also there is a channel called TV Bulgaria. That's the satellite bulgarian channel and they play often bulgarian movies with subtitles.

Hi.. I have some questions of Bulgarian language..

1, How do you say "can I?" or "can you?".. is it just like "мога ли?"

2, If a word ends in I or A how can you make it plural? For instance "писалка"

3, How do you say something in past tense? I understand it ends in H but only for 1st person, no? So how can I say the difference of I did something or You did something... ?

4, When do you use моят or моя?

    Thankssss! (=

masarra here is my answer. I'm not good at grammatic but I'll try to help you:

    1. Exactly : "Can I?" means "Мога ли?" but in second person is "Можеш ли?"
    So,
    Can I?
    Аз мога ли?
    Can you?
    Ти можеш ли?
    Can he/ she/ it?
    Тя/ Той/ То може ли?

    Can we?
    Ние можем ли?
    Can you?
    Вие можете ли?
    Can they?
    Те могат ли?

    2. The rule for the nouns when you want to say them in plural is the letter "и" at the end, but of course there are exceptions. The word "писалка"(pen) is "писалки"(plural); "молив"(pencil) - "моливи", "ключодържател"(key-holder) - "ключодържатели". But the noun "ключ"(key) is exception.Plural: "ключове"

    3. Here I'll conjugate one verb. For example the verb "играя" (play):
    Sg.
    1.Аз играех
    2.Ти играеше
    3.Той/ Тя/ То играеше

    Pl.
    1.Ние играехме
    2.Вие играехте
    3.Те играеха

    The verb "искам" (want):
    Sg.
    1.Аз исках
    2.Ти искаше
    3.Той/ Тя/ То искаше

    Pl.
    1.Ние искахме
    2.Вие искахте
    3.Те искаха

    So, you get it ?

4.I can't tell you exactly. Now I'm at work but when I go home I'll try to find something in the textbooks. Ok?

Bolonka for the female names the ending is -ка. For example: Мария - Марийка, Галя - Галка, Гергана - Герганка. But when you talk to them, you should say: Марийке, Галке, Герганке... For male names we didn't use it otften, but Румен - Руменчо, Иван - Иванчо, Галин - Галинчо. So, the ending is -чо. But not always. When the name ends with -о, like Христо, you can't use the ending -чо. The letter
    -о plays that role.

    Thanks very much!!!
But one Bulgarian used to call me Irenchica My name is Irena, so the ending --chica is also used in Bulgarian or it is only his own preferences. Thanks again veeeeeeeeery much I simply adore this language
