I'm not interested in learning how to speak Bulgarian, but I'd like to be able to say a couple of phrases in Bulgarian:
"Would you go out with me?"
    and
    "I love you too"
I know "I love you" is "obicham te", but not anything else
Also, if any one knows any songs that have either of these phrases in them, so I'd know how to pronounce them, that'd be great.
    Thx

Edit: I just remembered asking this somewhere else, and I got this for "would you go out with me?":
"iskash li da izlezesh s men?"
but I'm at a lost to how to pronounce it... how does one say "s"? =/

i read a book that i got for christmas, that bulgarian is the easiest to learn for english speakers. it says the bulgarian is the simplest slavic language to learn for english speakers.

    im doubting that. lol
I speak 3 slavic languages and I would strongly agree that Bulgarian is simple in comparison with other Slavic languages. Good luck

I'm sorry if I start using this forum ungraciously as a translator, but I can't find any translators... (google translate fails miserably too)
What does "danke shon" mean? I tried changing it letter to letter to "данке шон" but I can't search it and I don't even know if that's right...
    Thx advance

I also had an easy time learning bulgarian and now venturing in learning some russian. I just need practice on the bulgarian grammatical rules. Like bolonka, I love slavic languages and want to learn as much of them as possible. I can tell them apart now and identify the language.

Здравейте намерих този форум съвсем случайно,и много ми хареса... тука намерих много преводи на песни.. пък и като гледам има и уроци на езици .. мога да кажа само браво!!!
Радвам се ,че има хора които искат да научат и нашия език (той наистина е малко труден, но не и невъзможен ) , продължавайте в същия дух

It can't be translated literally, cause there isn't such word in English. It only can be explained with another words...sorry.
