I heard a song on the radio, it was popular around 97-00. A girl sings it and i remember some of the lyrics. One part of the song says, "if pink is for girls then why am i so blue?" And another part says, "The colors of the world change from black to grey."

Please Help!! I can't remember the name of the song or who sings it, it's driving me nuts!!
