Okay, the usual fare, lyric has been playing over and over in my head and I don't know which song it is. >.<

The only thing that stood out is that when this part of the song is sung, the musical accompaniment falls away and I think there's a piano solo after the singer says this.

for some reason that one line reminds me of All-American Reject - "It Ends Tonight"? but the lyric is "when darkness turns to light"
