Can anyone help identify a song?

The song is about a girl who leaves her guy - she's leaving because she doesn;t think he loves her - he does love her but hasn't ever told her because he think she knows. It mentions something about him waking up and can smell coffee, and she leaves him a note to says she has gone and cries when leaving the note
