Techno Song - "Never Again"

I need some help finding the title of a techno song I heard while listening to some radio. From what I can recall, the main part of it was a girl singing "never again" over quite a few times and she sung some more lines, but all I was able to recall from the song is she sometimes went "never again will I fall." The lyrics to the Kelly Clarkson song are sort of the same, so If anyone can help me locate the song, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
