    I have seen the video but don't know the artist or song title. In the video the female singer in a yellow dress (i think) is walking down the sidewalk while the background changes from light (nice neighborhood, clean) to dark background (bums and everything). I think she keeps singing "sunshine" in the song. Please help. Thank You.

    The first vid that came to my mind was:
