Sorry about all this, but I believe I have the impression were talking about a different song. You did mention earlier the 80's song and I was referring the 60"s song, I am very sorry. So I will end here, and I am out of here. BYE

As the original post is so old, it's probably pointless to answer now, but I know all too well what it feels like to have a song stuck in your head that you cannot recognize or remember. I'm pretty dang sure the song you're referring to is Revenge by Ministry.
Hope this helps...
Hope this help you

1980's...................over and over again.......................soft cell...entertain me.
Could be British Christian rocker Paul Oakley's "Feel like i could fly"
Feel like I could run
Feel like I could fly
When I think of you I’m above the sky
And every time I hear the sound of your voice
I get high!
Over and over and over and over again
Open up my ears
Open up my eyes
Only let these thoughts of you fill my mind
You know I’m longing just to see your face
You know I’ve tried
Over and over and over and over again
I hope this song of love will make you smile
Draw me after you and we will run and run and not grow tired
When I’m with you everything feels right
You make me feel like I could fly
You’re my hymn of love
My consuming fire
I try so hard to picture you in my mind
But every time I try to find the words
I run dry
Over and over and over and over again

BARBRA STREISAND - Woman In Love
how about this?
Over and over by Mike Love, Bobby Day and the Dave Clark Five http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iox31CJ2ZRQ
This is an old song I sing that goes
Well I went to a Dance the other night
Everybody was there
I said over and over and over again
This dance is going to be for squares
I said over and over and over again
this dance is going to be for squares.
I said over and over and over again
this dance is going to be for squares.
Than all at once I saw her
she was the prettiest in this world
I said 'won't you come over and talk to me
and be my girl?
(repeat)
She said that she was sorry
but I was a little bit late
she would wait and wait and wait and wait
for her steady date
(repeat)
Now my poor heart was broken
all my life where had she been
but I would try over and over and over
????????????????????
Would this be it?

Hi, last year I watched a Mandy Moore's A Walk To Remember
and fell in love with one of the songs she sang in that movie.
The title of the song is Only Hope. It has the same lyrics as
"sing to me over and over and over again". This is her version
of a Switchfoot song written by Jon Foreman for their
1999 album New Way to Be Human.
I am quite certain its that song.
