Forever 21 song. HELP!

I was in Forever 21 and had the pleasure of hearing a song that I liked a lot. It was in a different language and I'm thinking it was Spanish. The vocals were female. And the song also sounded quite familiar, which makes me think that it's fairly popular.

Normally, I'd look up the lyrics, but I don't know the words since it wasn't in English. Anyone have any ideas what this song was?
