Dance/trance song request

Ok, this is a little vague. I'm looking for a dance/trance song, I think it's late 90's and I'm pretty sure everyones heard it a bunch of times.

I'm not too sure of the words but it goes on for a while, and features a woman, who sings something kinda slowly.

The first three words of the voice part sound like "I FEEL like..........." or "I SEE light............." or "I THINK I..............." or "I FEEL I.........." it's only about six or seven total and long and she repeats them a bunch.

There is a lot of emphasis on the the second word and the rest of the words are kind of just there for melody.

This is killing me!!! It's kind of hard to google something you don't know the words to.
