First, in English we would normally say "on" a ship, unless you wanted to emphasize that someone was actually "inside" a ship. I'm not saying it's wrong to say in a ship, I just think "on a ship" would sound more natural.

Also, can "devorado" translate as "exhausted" in the line "me siento devorado"?
I think "devoured" would work well as the English equivalent of devorado, but I could be wrong!

Anyway, thanks for the translation of this great song.

By the way, does anyone have a translation of "En el Muelle de San Blas"?

No, sure I don't mind. In fact I'm grateful that someone corrects me... you know, despite the fact of sharing my life with a native English speaker and having lived in the UK for some time I still make some little mistakes... and prepositions are not easy to master... but only seldom does anyone bother to correct me.

As for "devoured" I changed the word because I understood it to mean "exhaustion" and I'd never heard it in a context like that before (I mean in English); but I just checked in my dictionary and there's the idiom "to be devoured by something"... so I presume it could also be right to leave "devoured" in English.
