    Unhappy Solved: Husky voice?

    Ugh, I can't figure out what this song is called. It's been playing on the radio lately. The artist sounds like Melissa Etheridge and she has kind of a husky voice. The only part of the song I remember is right as she begins singing the chorus for the last time, her voice cracks. That's it.

    Try "The Story" by Brandi Carlile
    The radio stations here in Atlanta have been playing the song and promoting the artist like crazy.

    Her voice cracks as she sings the following line in the studio recording of the song:
    "All of these lines across my face
    Tell you the story of who I am..."
