Help - 1990's song

I used to listen to this song and it went something like this:

"You're going around boy, life is a party." It was dance hall reggae-ish. Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated! It must have come out around 1990-1993 and had a male voice singing. It also had a very heavy bass beat to it.
