Hello! I've finished with my exams, thanks God. Thank you, again. Well, i've learned it only from TV. But, in summer, i want to learn it very good with Grammar and everything. I like this language a lot.

    Red face A Tempestade

    A Tempestade (the storm)
    Madredeus
    Composição: Carlos Maria Trindade

A grande nuvem escura vai-se embora (the big dark cloud goes away)
Dissolve-se a loucura da tormenta (the crazyness of the tempest dissolve)
A maré recua agora plana e lenta (the tide goes back flat and slow)
As gaivotas largam terra sem demora (the seagulls leave the earth without delay)

Sobrevoam sem ruído o seu rochedo (fly over their rock without noise)
De tanta vaga e espuma já dormente (of so many waves and already sleeping foam)
Enquanto o sol que brilha novamente (meanwhile the sun who shines again)
Lá beija a areia toda já sem medo (kisses the all sand now without fear)

    Fui ver (i went see)
    Fui ver (i went see)
    A tempestade (the storm)
Vim a correr (i came running)

    Fui ver (i went see)
    Fui ver (i went see)
    A tempestade (ths storm)
Vim-te dizer (i came tell you)

Destroços de madeira na corrente ( pieces of wood in the sea flow)
Deixam ver o que em tempos foi uma proa (aloud to see what someday was a prow)
Pintada de carinho e muitas cores ( painted with tenderness and many colors)
Ao estilo desta nossa boa gente (in the style of that our good people)

Fica o drama dos que esperam na falésia (remains the drama of those who stay in the cliff)
Por quem deus já destinou à eternidade (for those who god already destined to eternity)
E é lição que contra deus não há vontade (and this is the lesson that against god there is no will)
Fica a fúria calma da grande saudade (remains the angry calm of the “saudade*”)

*saudade is a word that only exists in portuguese, can’t be translated.it the feeling of missing something/someone.

    À Margem (at the edge/margin)
    Madredeus
    Composição: Pedro Ayres Magalhães

    À margem (at the edge)
    Estarei (i'll be)
    Estarei (i'll be)
Bem por sobre as águas (well (right) over the waters) *waters meaning sea water*
    Muito bem (very well)

    À margem,(at the edge)
    Também (also )
    Serei (i'll be)
Serei sobre as águas (i'll be over the waters)
    Sabe bem (it feels good)

Margens, bravas, vagas (edges, harsh, waves)
Margens, claras, vagas (edges, clear, waves)

Ausente, não sou diferente;(absent i'm not different)
    - eu ando nas margens da corrente (i walk in the edges of the sea flow)
E o tempo que voa - à toa eu ando, (and the time flies and wondering around i walk)
Nas margens da corrente (in the edges of the seaflow)

    here you have

Do you think you could help me with this translation?

    Grande Sorte: Ivete Sangalo:

    A minha sorte grande
    Foi você cair do céu
    Minha paixão verdadeira
    Viver a emoção
    Ganhar teu coração
    Pra ser feliz
    A vida inteira
    É lindo o teu sorriso,
    O brilho dos teus olhos
    Meu anjo querubim
    Doce dos meus beijos
    Calor dos meus braços
    Perfume de Jasmim
    Chegou no meu espaço
    Mandando no pedaço
    Com amor
    Que não é brincadeira
    Pegou me deu um laço
    Dançou bem no compasso
    De prazer
    Levantou poeira
    Poeira
    Poeira
    Poeira
    Levantou Poeira

    Muito obrigada!

    Tania Maria - Aye

    Vem amor
    Qu'eu quero te ver melhor
Cair nos tues bracos, ficar a sohnar
    Nessa praia sem fim

    Come my love
Because I want to see you better
To fall in your arms, staying to dream
    On that endless beach.

Teu calor, me deixa feliz assim
Achando que a vida e a coisa mais linda

Your heat leaves me happy in this way
Thinking that life is the most beautiful thing
    That God has left us.

    Ve quanta beleza Aye'
    Ve o mar que quebra

    Look at the nature
    Look what a beauty Aye’
Look at the sea that breaks

    Me leva p'ra casa
    Faz amor comigo Aye'

    Stick to my body
    Lick my sweat Aye’
    Take me home
    Make love to me Aye’

Vai ser bom olhar a amanhecer
E rir para o sol que ilumina o seu rosto
    Sereno de amor

And laugh for the sun that illuminates your face
    Calm from love.

It doesn’t matter if it is John or Mary
And who else come - "quiem" also doesn't exist in portuguese, the right is "quem" = "who"

I am not jadedarknight but i think i can help u, coz i am brazilian... My corrections are underlined and below i tried to explain your remarks. Hope u can understand what i meant (i am not so good in english )... And the rest of your translation is really very good.

*(1) etinia joao - the word "etinia" doesn't exist in portuguese, the right word is "etnia" that means "ethnic group". Maybe the lyrics are wrong, i don't know... so, i did a free translation.
*(2) vier - it means "come" in the subjunctive mood...
