I was watching Georgia Rule.
I don't know the group or song name.
It sounds like rock/indie.
But what I do know is part of the lyrics:

And then later on in the song it goes
...woman is so sensational, No you can count on me.

The song is played when Rachel (Linsday Lohan) is at Simon's house when her mother Lily (Felicity Huffman) knocks on the door, drunk.
