seems kind of weird in english because it's an old folk song, but here it is
it is a dialogue between two lovers

boy to the girl: give me water with you hands, the girl with cut bangs
girl to the boy: with what do I give you, scented rose?

Jarnana, jarnane, jarnana to your bad (meaning something like I love you)

boy to the girl: With your own hand, the girl with cut bangs
girl to the boy: my hand happens to be busy, scented rose

boy to the girl: what's making your hand busy, the girl with cut bangs
girl to the boy: the ring you gave me, scented rose
