Thumbs up Solved: Did Stevie Wonder do two different versions of "The Christmas Song"?:

Did Stevie Wonder do two versions of "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)" written by Nat King Cole?
The original version of "The Christmas Song" that Stevie Wonder did, that I heard on the radio was where it had a good happy beat and Stevie Wonder would sing the song really fast.
The album version of "The Christmas Song" that you hear on Stevie Wonder's Christmas Album, CD, or cassette is where Stevie Wonder really sings the song really slow, and does not sound like the original version, that Stevie Wonder did for the radio.
Is it possible to get the original radio version of "The Christmas Song" done by Stevie Wonder of where he sings it really fast with a happy beat, on CD or album?
Or is the original radio version just a promo?
If it is possible to get the original radio version of "The Christmas Song" done by Stevie Wonder, which CD or album can you get it from?

I believe the version of the "The Christmas Song" that you are looking for is a duet by India.Arie and Stevie Wonder.

The attached links have more information regarding this version and links to download it.

Thumbs up Which singers did "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts)" that isn't slow?:

Which singers did a jammin' version of "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)" written by Mel Torme/Nat King Cole, that isn't a slow jam?
I'm pretty sure that Stevie Wonder did a jammin' version of "The Christmas Song", that did not get released on an album. (Only the slow jam version of "The Christmas Song" by Stevie Wonder, got released on the album).
Are there any other artists, that did a jammin' version of "The Christmas Song", that isn't a slow jam, that you know?
Did Wham!, do a version of "The Christmas Song"?

I did not find a recording by Wham! for "The Christmas Song".
Wham! did record a song called "Last Christmas".

Thumbs down Which India.Arie duet Stevie Wonder has "The Christmas Song" on it?:

Which India.Arie album has "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)" duet with Stevie Wonder on it?
This version of "The Christmas Song" is not being song by Stevie Wonder himself.
This version of "The Christmas Song" has both India.Arie & Stevie Wonder both singing it together.
I want to know which album or CD, that India.Arie would have this duet version of "The Christmas Song".

Aghh, i've only recently read an article on this, and now i can't remember where, so i may get it a bit wrong but anyhow, what i remember might help
I believe its on "Voyage to India" by India Arie as a bonus track, but only a small number of the cd's have the bonus song on them. Errm its something to do with the "Target" christmas commercial, maybe only the cd's sold at target have the extra song, it was something like that, sorry i really can't remember.

    EDIT: Found it!!
    Here's the article i read http://blogcritics.org/archives/2003/01/16/140955.php

    FYI,
You do not need to start a new thread to continue and/or keep your original posting active.
Just reply to your own thread and it will move to the "top of the stack".

The name of the album you're looking for is "Holiday Music 2006 - Glisten"

Stevie Wonder & Indie Arie were the ones that did the fast version of the Christmas Song.
