I've been going into Forever 21 for the past month trying to figure out who sings this one song. I'll just stand there and wait, and everytime it comes on, I ask one of the girls working there and she says that she doesn't know.
I can't even fully hear the lyrics, but I think they're saying:

doo, dah dah, dah,

That's the chorus.
It's a guy singing, it's really up tempo, it's really catchy, and I thought it was Jack's Mannequin, but alas, no.

I know that's not much to go on, but if anyone could help me, I'd love you forever.
