    Is it a really high pitched male voice? If so, it's Jimmy Sommerville/The Communards.

    I correct myself, it was recorded when they were still Bronski Beat.

    It's the "I Feel Love" medley.

    (Had to listen through my Jimmy Somerville collection to remember which song it was)
