Season 2 Episode 3, HELP!

what is the name of the song towards the end of episode 3 when they heidi and lauren go to area nightclub then spencer and brody turn up to the same music, it goes something like "get up, stand up, hands up drop 'em, now i think it's time to party"

this song was also on newport harbour but mtv have it as being by a country band called l-94 but its a hip hop/rap song!
its been bugging me for ages now, i cant find it!

can you specify where the song starts? this might help to recognize it..

i've gone on mtv canada and it starts about 1:18 in and stats to fade out about 1:37 when heidi starts talking when she says "i think this party is secretly starting now, officially"

it cant be a demo song or anything as it's playing in the club itself and it was on newport harbour first season when they arrive at prom!

yea, i saw this newport habor episode on mtv.com/overdrive some weeks ago... and i want this song so bad but i can't find it. it's driving me nuts.
