How do you pronounce Бёрёлёх? Wikipedia says that accent is on the 3rd ё...

I hear this word for the first time

Is there any difference between латвийская and латышская?

Латвийская refers to a Latvian state, латышская refers to a latvian ethnicity.

But cause Latvia is not an empire like the British Empire, the difference is not that big

Ja vi`zhu dva`dtsat' dva no`vyx professora`

Ja vi`zhu dva`dtsat' dvux no`vyx professoro`v

I think the best phrase is Я вижу двадцать два новых профессора ( ja vizhu dvadtsat' dva novyh professora )

What about 1st phrase I think the both pharse are right
В моей комнате ( v moey komnate )I would translate it There is ( there are ) something in my room For example : there are a lot of furniture in my room -В моей комнате много мебели
and У меня в комнате ( u menya v komnate ) is I have something in my room For example: I have a lot of furniture in my room -У меня в комнате много мебели
What about second phrase The phrase У меня болит голова ( u menya bolit golova ) is common Usually we say so

I think the latter variants are used more frequently in colloquial speech.

Моя голова болит sounds ungainly, it's not frequently used.
However, you can say в моей комнате if you mean "my room" as opposed to "my parents' roon", "my sister's room", "uncle Boria's room" or anything, defining your room within the house. If you're just speaking about your room without emphasizing whose room it is, you should rather say у меня в комнате.
It's not a strict rule and I don't know if it's possible to deduce a more general one to cover all the uncountable variants of such usage, but that's the best I can do.
