    this to words have the same pronunciation but differents meanings and differents writings.
    the verb ВЕЗТИ (vezti) - formed from verb "возить" and have many different meanings like carry, convey,transport
    ex:
    the ship could carry 70 passengers - судно могло перевезти 70 пассажиров
    to transport by airplane - перевозить на самолете

    the verb ВЕСТИ (vesti) - formed from verb "водить" and also have many different meanings too, like lead,guide,dirrect,drive
    ex:
    lead a blind man - вести (сопровождать) слепого человека
    drive a car - вести машину (управлять)

    САМ - Indicates a person or thing that personally, directly produce an action or experience some state.
    ex:
    do it yourself - сделай сам
    he did it by hinself - он сам это сделал
    i know it myself - сам знаю
    you said that yoursef/you said it - ты сам это сказал

    СЕБЯ - Indicates the ratio of the producer himself to the action (the subject), corresponding to the sense of personal pronouns of any person and number.
    ex:
    becide oneself with joy - вне себя от радости
    speak for yourself - говорите от себя/говорите за себя
    on/with oneself - при себе, с собой
    read to oneself - читать про себя

    i really hope that it's help a little . actually i am not a teacher, so maybe somebody can explain it better

    да, они одинаково произносятся!

    везти and вести both are pronounced as [vesti]
    Pertėj kohės e hapsirės,
    tej tė keqes e te mirės

    if tolko is "only" and lish is "just" what does sovsem translate as? i've seen it as "really", "just" and "only" now. is it contextual?

    It is possible to pronounce it with hard [k] and with [x, like in loch] usually transliterated as [kh].
