Help Me please, It's hard to describe but you will know it!

I think it might me called 'There was a boy' but this could just be a line from the tune.

There aren't actually any lyrics but they are repetitive lines throughout. I think it might be by a foreign singer ie european and it is dance music that could be played in like a classy bar.

The singing in it is quite chilled but there is a good beat to it.

I know this has not given you much but I hope you could help me!
