Solved: "surprise engagement"

I'm looking for two songs. The first is when LC learns about Jasons engagement. It's on the episode "surprise engagement" It starts to play when she is on the balcony talking to Jason. The lyrics are:
"When you try to tell me about the world and everything I can see how you think I am listening. When you tell me to run I do not say yes or no but the world sure closes in on me." It's a womans voice...super pretty song.

The second is a song they played on "the hills: lauren looks back". I haven't heard it used any other time. It starts to play when she gets into her car and starts to leave Laguna and drives to the new apartment. Right after they show her and jason fighting they show the clip of her leaving. The song before it is Sheridan's Flown. It's the song they play afterwards when she is actually driving in the car. The lyrics are "There is beauty in the silence. When the valley has shaken and the sky has fallen I'm still on solid ground".

Help with either would GREATLY appreciated!
