I would surely owe you one, if you can give some more detailed pronunciation of the numbers. Why are the numbers for? Do they mean something? Sorry I have no background of arabic language.. Even though i want to sing this lyrics correctly.

Sure in this song specifically there is the 7 used representing a hard "H" sound and 3 which is a deep throat sound, think of the sound "O" makes in the beginning of the word octopus pulled from the back of your throat as if you were going to gag lol

The numbers represent letters that don't have a phonetic sound in the English language, the numbers appear similar to the letter in the Arabic language as it is written as well.
