I need help finding two songs please!

okay, I cannot find either of these songs for the life of me

The first is something someone was trying to suggest to me, but then he forgot the title and artist. All he remembers are three key words;
incumbent, zombie, and citizen
I've googled and googled in various ways, but I can't find this song he was talking about. He said it was sung by a woman that sounded similar to Regina Spektor in style.

The second is specific to a music video. The only words I can remember are; cowboy,... I'm a cowboy
which are played in the background almost the whole song. There is a black woman belting something out at one point and then quite a bit of rap.
I'm looking for the music video, which I've seen before. It's incredibly weird
- A man sits down and throughout the video his head is turned into a film projector projecting the woman's mouth and at one point a grainy scene of two paper cowboys on horses.

I'm sorry that's all I can remember, but if you know anything else about it - key words, the name of the video- ANYTHING would be appreciated wholeheartedly because it's driving me crazy.

'more eccentric - like Regina' he kept saying

'cause there's like no trace of this thing
