AE song: need help!

There is a song...it sounds like it's by feist...but I don't think it's her. I can't figure out the title...anyone can help? I was watching the video in the store...and there was a scene in that video that she was singing on a stage on the water and people canoing...

There is a song that i just heard today. and its driving me insaine! it had only a girl and she was either blonde or brunett and she had pink nail polish on and she didnt show her face much. the chorus was something like " reach out and touch me" or something like that.. (meaning that shes really there.. i guess) any help wold be great!
