Solved: Not knowing is killing me!

This is a bit of a long shot cos this song is WELL obscure and i only know the opening one and a half lines of it! They go like this: '1,2,3 go i've got an ego it won't let me go what am i gonna do. A,B,C,D paranoia's killing me.......' The only other info i can give about it is that it's Punk/New Wave and is a male singer...sounds a bit like The Members or The Ramones although the accent is definitely English. Anyone who can answer this for me or give me even the faintest clue as to who it might be will be my lifelong hero and saviour!!
