I'm not sure, but it could be a neapolitan way to say that the weather is cold, that you are going to feel cold.
"-Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity..."
"-Actually, I'm planning to threaten you."

"Well, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do. Evil plots don't just make themselves, you know!"

Yes, it is definately Neapolitan phrase. . .it isn't about the weather though. I think it's kind of like "Oh my gosh!" or something along those lines. . .not sure. Thanks for your input.

In that case it's a way to say that something is quite creepy or disturbing.
"-Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity..."
"-Actually, I'm planning to threaten you."

"Well, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do. Evil plots don't just make themselves, you know!"

If two people are meant to be together....neither time nor difficulties will ever divide them

The heart's memory erases the bad remebrances and exalts the beautiful ones.
"-Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity..."
"-Actually, I'm planning to threaten you."

"Well, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do. Evil plots don't just make themselves, you know!"

There are people that will always have the same effect on you (or "that will always make the same impression on you", "that will always make you feel the same way" ), despite all that has happened, despite all that will happen....that's the way it is!
"-Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity..."
"-Actually, I'm planning to threaten you."

"Well, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do. Evil plots don't just make themselves, you know!"

Achieving democracy is everyone's responsability. If they shoot me in the heart or if they arrest me it's not important, because we are all responsible for our future.

    Hi

Your question made me curious... is this a book? And could you recommend me some good books in italian please?

Just a little advice: avoid umberto eco, his writing (at least for me) is terribly heavy, full of philosophical digressions and untranslated latin quotes, I really had to struggle to read all The name of the rose.
I like very much Stefano Benni, above all "Bar sport" and "Bar Sport 2000" they're very clever and funny!
Then I like Pino Cacucci ("La polvere del Messico" and "Tina") and Carlo Lucarelli, a crime writer...if you want something more "classic" you can try Italo Calvino.
"-Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity..."
"-Actually, I'm planning to threaten you."

"Well, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do. Evil plots don't just make themselves, you know!"
