Solved: Please help me ID a track.......

I heard this one last night at a department store. I believe that I had heard it before but I'm not really sure (it's not really my type of music, generally speaking, but in this particular case, I was really drawn to this song for some reason --- not really sure why though). It is sung by a woman (you would think possibly a blonde with somewhat of a high-pitched, but very beautiful voice). It has a moderate tempo to it throughout. It possibly dates back to the 80's. And the only lyrics that I can recall now after hearing it last night are (most likely from the chorus): "Love me, Love me...."

I realize that this does not narrow it down very much, but I would appreciate it very much if anyone who has any clues whatsoever might help me out with this.
