I želim ti da divno provedeš ovaj dan! - and/also i want you to have a magnificent day now

Grlim i ja tebe means "I also hug you", something you'd say in response to someone hugging you or in response to hearing that someone else is hugging the person you're hugging, I guess. "Grlim te" would be the regular *hugs* thing.

the other one looks too complicated for me, but my best guess would be "I želim ti divan ostanak dana" ili "i želim da divno provedeš danas" or something. I usually just say "uživaj, mila" or "lep ostanak dana"
