I received an email and need help translating a few words. I do not want to put the email on the forum because parts that I managed to translate appear to be bad.

This is the case if you don't want to by busy at the moment he/she arrives.

But if you meant that you don't want to by busy whole the time while he's/she's there,use the "...,jer ne bih želela da radim dok si ti ovde."

Second one:
It's more common tu use "uskoro"(soon) rather than "brzo"(fast) in this particular case.And "I hope" is "Nadam se" not "Nadom se".So the sentence is Nadam se da ću te uskoro videti.
That is perfectly OK,but you can also say "Nadam se da ćemo se uskoro videti" or "Nadam se skorom viđenju"(this is more formal).
