serious request for help!!

Hello there,

Some lunatic is threatening my girlfriend in a rather severe way. Now he is leaving fragments of songs on her answering machine. Unfortunately the quality of the audio is poor so can't really hear what the lyrics of the song are. I really hope that someone out there can help us so that we know if we have to take this threat seriously or not!!!!!!!!
