Hi, there is a classic one a Creep from Radio head, and if you´re into sad melancholic music the band Anathema is right for you. They make sad ,but beautiful music, specially the live acoustic versions of their songs are good, and I would suggest you listen to the songs from their album A fine day to exit. I´m sure you like it.
    p.s. hope you´re feeling good!

I wouldn't really call Radiohead "depressive", or Muse for that matter... Or Massive Attack...

I'd call bands like Joy Division and the Smiths depressive but, like Radiohead, it's only a few songs that seem depressive.

Personally... If you're after depressive music, I'd recommend any euro dance /pop "anthems" as they make me want to slit my wrists every time they come on the radio...

    Superb songs by them

Also try Type O Negative or Life Of Agony (although LOA songs are pretty hardcore sounding, the lyrics are based on singer Keith Caputo's real life experiences).

It's called goth, real, pure goth, none of this Marilyn Manson or Aiden crap.

i dunno what you listen to, but here's a few suggestions:

Comfort - Deb Talan [i listen to this one the most when im sad]
    Hallelujah - Jeff Buckley
    Fire Sign - David Berkeley
    I Found a Reason - Cat Power
Hide and Seek - Imogen Heap
Better Days - Goo Goo Dolls
    Selah - Lauryn Hill
Where We Gonna Go From Here - Mat Kearney
    Breath Me - Sia
    Darkest Things - The Submarines
    It's a Shame - Will Hoge
Say Hello Wave Goodbye - David Gray
Brothers on a Hotel Bed - Death Cab For Cutie
Transatlanticism - Death Cab For Cutie

Also, anything from the album Love is Hell by Ryan Adams is quite good especially Political Scientist, Wonderwall, The Shadowlands & Avalanche.

Anyway, I hope you get better soon :]

    Deb Talan is amazing.
Comfort has to be one of my all time favourite songs.
The weepies are good too, but i prefer Deb on her own.
