Solved: Forever 21 Song What Is It?!

this is very hard to identify
its actually a song i heard in Heritage 1981, a branch of Forever 21.

Anyways, the lyrics I heard were

it was a female voice.

IF ANYONE CAN FIND IT, IT WOULD MEAN A LOT!!!!!

The song is called "Rock Steady" and it's by The Hussys
