2 Hollister songs

I was wondering what the band name and song name are to these lyrics: "Take me for who I am, Take you for who you are". And "Why'd you have to let it go and die?" If anyone could help me with these two songs i would be most greatful. I work at a hollister outlet so there is really no way of finding out which artist is playing what. thank you so much.
