What do you look for in a good songwriter? I think they should be able to tell a story with their words, entertain and make people smile. There is a band that has all these qualities and more. They are called Forever The Sickest Kids and they are a group of talent young men who are making a name for themselves in the music circle. Has anyone heard them? Forever the Sickest Kids
I love discovering new, young musicians and songwriters. The other day I was on another board and saw a post about a band called Forever the Sickest Kids. It said that they were featured as Smartpunk's June Smartpick (http://www.smartpunk.com/smartpick/) and I thought, if they are good enough to make the feature, I might as well give them a chance. I am so glad I broke down and gave into checking out one of those bands that everyone always posts about. I really enjoyed the music and that whole feature page in general. When I listened to that song Whoa Oh (Me vs Everyone) it put an immediate smile on my face and made me happy. So hey, if me, the most skeptical person, could give in and check out this new band and thoroughly enjoy it, then you all should give them a chance. I promise you will not be disappointed.
