old song from a few years ago

Just wondering if anybody could help me - a few years ago there was a great French pop song with some great accordion playing. I don't remember the lyrics, but the video was as follows. The musician is a female, the video looks like a James Bond movie. I remember her being pale with somewhat short dark hair. For the first 4/5 of the song she is being driven around the French Rivieria in a red sports car by a smooth superspy type. At the end of the video she is piloting a small motor boat out to sea with the superspy guy tied up in the bottom of the boat. Does anyone know the name of this song? I really liked it but lost the CD a while ago. I believe it came out 2002-2003ish. Thanks.
