How would you describe(the kind or genre) of music on the song "Double Dutch" by Malcolm McLaren? It obviously has an African rhythm infused that makes it sound so lively as one will notice when the guitar riffs kick in at the start of the song. Awesome! Could it be Soweto? Anyone know and what other groups play this style of music?

The music behind it might be Soweto but wikipedia says it's rock...
I can't see it myself, I mean Mcfly and P!ATD have guitars in them and they're far from being rock.
