Hello! I am not a native speaker, but from my point of view the translation is great! I have read it for several times and i would only change this word:

Desconstruo minha alma
You destroyed my soul

I think, maybe, a more proper translation for "desconstruo" is "destroyed", instead of "de-constructed"!

either pra or para.

"Palavras por você" means: words for you (for your reason), so it's the same if you say "palavras para você".
